Text Formatting using Font Highlight

This topic deals with Text Formatting using Font Highlight. In Microsoft Word Tutorial, you will learn most of the Text Formatting features of MS Word.

How do we create Text Formatting using Font Highlight? One method is to do the Text Formatting using Font Highlight while we are typing the word, phrase or paragraph. Second method is to do the formatting after we have finished typing the word, phrase or paragraph through text block.

In the first method, press this Text Formatting using Font Highlight icon found in the Formatting Toolbar to activate Font Highlight before starting to type the word, phrase or paragraph and again press the same icon after completing the word, phrase or paragraph for which Font Highlight has to be activated.

The second method is useful when you want to do the formatting (Font Highlight, in this topic) after the word, phrase or paragraph has already been typed. In this case, you will have to create a block of the word, phrase or paragraph and press this Text Formatting using Font Highlight icon.
